We elect women of color all over the country. There are black female republicans in office. Is there systemic racism and misogyny? Sure. But if we just blame that, we will never fix the issue. Biden screwed us and people heard her say she would be just like him. That is what doomed her campaign.

So you’re admitting that had Kamala run on affordability and cut with Biden on the economy, she could’ve won. Yet she didn’t, because corporate Democrats are constitutionally unable to think of the voters needs.

And Bernie warned that rallying around Hillary would lead to a Trump presidency. The entire left warned that Kamala not vowing to stop genocide would lead to a Trump presidency. Maybe Dems should focus on listening to the left and non voters rather than talking to trump voters.

Btw, I campaigned and voted for a candidate I viewed as deeply flawed, bc I choose to vote for the lesser of two evils in the general. But not everyone will use their vote like I do, and that is their right.

In our current system, a candidate only has to be one step better than only one other candidate. And yet, the candidate couldn’t convince enough people they would clear that low bar. Voters are free to vote how they want. The problem is always the candidate and the party.

As he should have, we would have had a democratic primary and a democratic president. Or, if he had allowed a mini primary, rather than anointing Harris, people wouldn’t have felt Harris was foisted on them. She still would’ve been the nominee, but it would be our choice, not the establishment’s.

Sexism. And that man was Joe Biden. Biden never understood that he only won because one of his staffers hinted that he would only do 1 term. And then he promised to pick a black female vp. That is the only reason he won the presidency. Had he announced in 2022 that he would not run again, (cont.)

It’s not about gender. Since 2008, people have been voting against the establishment. H. Clinton is as establishment as they come. And K. Harris was leading in polls as long as she was seen as the ‘change’ candidate. But as soon as she said she would not do anything different from Biden, (cont.)

The thing is, it's only raising an extra $20B a month max. Which is a lot. But considering the bill this congress just passed adds up to $32T to the debt over 30 years, it would take 133 years for these tariffs to pay for the bill.
