I love looking back on WIP photos of pieces and seeing how much personality they gain through production. I loved this specific garlic keeper form so much, I made a clone so we could have one for ourselves 🫠
Garlic keeper right after being thrown! Garlic keeper after the lid was made but the air exchange holes are missing. Garlic keeper after its foot was trimmed, burnished, and stamped. Garlic keeper after being fully bisqued to C04 / glazed to C6!

Fresh firing with some Cone04 experimental bisque pieces to bring out the speck more. The same clay body with both pieces; will have to remove the firing hold to eliminate the bloating next time🔥🤔🔥
Two distorted / pinched ceramic mugs, the same clay but fired to two different bisque fire temperatures (04 vs 05). The hotter 04 brings the manganese speck out more which shows in the clay and glaze. I just happened to re-use the same programming from my last Cone6 fire which had a long hold on it that caused minor bloating in the Cone04 pieces, oops 🫠
