Absolutely yes. All those things. I’m giving myself a strict diet of news, twice a day. Then the downtime between work and kids involves reading mysteries where everything works out and the good folk win. ❤️

The “that we eat” part is gonna be hard for a family of 4 who can’t agree on any one dinner ever. 😂 We can get a 3 out of 4, but someone has sensory issues, or is allergic, to almost anything. If only we could grow corn… for popping. 🤦♀️

All of this sounds like a good idea. I live in an apartment, so my gardening is restricted to our large south-facing windows. Trying to decide what will be the smartest choice for small containers come spring.

I’m definitely on the all-things-sewing train, knitting/crocheting, kid care, and while I don’t cook much these days, I’ll probably have to return to the kitchen. I need to find people who grow things and make medicine. Time to build the apocalypse team!

The tabby is Ian (short for Dorian, as he was very grey as a baby). The tuxedo is Simon (he’s always so formal, a little stuffy, he needed a stuffy aristocratic name). They were pandemic additions, and the only beings in my home who will remain shorter than I. 😂
