A Ukrainian soldier removes the fuze from a PTM-3 shaped-charge anti-tank mine.
He will then install an electronic magnetic influence fuze based on the Dzhonik (Johnny) fuze.
This will prepare the mine to be dropped by a Baba Yaga drone on Russian controlled roads.

The Akeron MP is a tandem shaped-charge ATGM.
As well as fire-and-forget, other modes are command guidance with an optical fiber data link, and NLOS (Non-Line-Of-Sight) lock-on-after-launch with 3rd party target designation.
