Once you have decided which page to keep, delete the second one and remember to redirect to the remaining page. This means that anywhere that links to the old page will automatically send users to the updated content.

✏️ Combine and update content
Pages that cover a very similar topic may still have slightly different information. Combine the content into one page to create a more extensive and informative piece. You can also use this opportunity to review your content and update it or expand it as required.

But, before you delete one page, you should do the following:

Use Google Analytics to find out which blog gets more traffic, which sees a higher conversion rate and/or which makes you the most money.

If you have Google Analytics (GA4) installed on your website, it's easy:

- Open GA4
- Hover over the left menu and select Reports
- Select Engagement > Pages and Screens
- Select a date range (top right)
- Now you'll see pages with number of views, time spent on a page, and views per user
