I agree. We are witnessing the disintegration of the federal constitutional order.
It is past time to start consider - in concrete terms - what individuals, and entities including business enterprises, and blue states, can do to protect against/not facilitate tyranny.
A couple of (actually serious) thought-experiment questions on where we are and where we’re going:

If a bunch of sociopaths are destroying the federal government from within, why should we pay federal taxes?

And if they succeed, who’s going to make us pay those taxes?

And—in particular—don’t be silent for the sake of being polite. We’re not taking about politics in the ordinary sense anymore. This is about decency and morality and whether or not this country chooses to become a thoroughly criminalized state instead of an imperfect representative democracy.
You can't shame MAGA. It's impossible to shame shameless people. I go on and debate them, trust me. They will make excuses for and glorify Musk's Nazi salute and Trump pardoning violent insurrectionists. But remember there's a world out there - and the majority opposes it. Be loud. Don't be silent.
