In my experience most SAHP would be happy to send their toddlers to care centers for part of the day…they deserve a break too. Secondly most dont really have a choice, it is probably more economical for them to stay home then send them in at current rates.

It's really weird that no one just does this simple excercise. Let say you are buying a 400k house with 80k down at a 5.98% rate. 30 year - 1,914.45 per month, 50 year - 1,679.77 per month, 20 year - 2,288.89 - per month. Diff is ~$375 between 20 and 30 and then 30 and 50 is ~$235.

Yeah I think they dont understand that its common in other countries to have to pay to use a bathroom. The closest thing I can think of is like coffee shops with a pinned bathroom door.

We have universal healthcare…it just doesnt kick in until you are dying. Cant be refused treatment if you are dying for any reason. Though that very little is being eroded.
