I agree with you ☺️ I used the phrase 'immediate' deliberately here as I see it as an emergency act that could be taken without delay to ameliorate crisis. Many people I know are struggling to find a place to live in Co.Galway at the moment. Airbnb & holiday homes are having a significant impact.
