Hubby and I took a trip up to Boerne, TX to try the giant cinnamon roll. I can say it’s the best cinnamon roll I’ve ever had. Right next door was a book store and hubby bought me the next book I need to read in the Wheel of Time series. Had a great time at the market across the street too.

Finished book 4 Shadow Rising by Robert Jordan. It was a beast getting through it. It kind of dropped off for me, but it did pick back up. I might need to do an audio/ read along if the pacing keeps going like this. I’m still enjoying the series though. #fantasy #readingtime

Looking for a new trilogy written preferably by black women or poc. I just picked up the Poppy War trilogy. I haven’t started it because I’m on book 4 of the Wheel of Time series. Any suggestions or reviews appreciated.
