I do feel like that made Dems look bad, but it’s obvious he was using that kid like a prop so it’s more nuanced than them not wanting to cheer for the child. I mean he’s cutting money and programs for cancer research and trials right now?! Where is their outrage for that?

So long as we put Russia in its place and side with Ukraine…but the implications of we will only help our allies if they do something for us is still unsettling.
