I received a care package from mom. I thought it was SO cute she sent a toy cat that looks similar to Killian.
My jaw hit the floor when she told me she bought toy 1 month before I adopted him.
Killian & I were meant to come into each other's life. ❤️

It took 2 weeks but I FINALLY named my kittens!
Marisol (mah-ree-sohl) & Killian are a joy to have in my life. No issues adapting to new home or me. I love how they sleep on my head or shoulders at night & boops on my nose with their noses.

I almost didn't go to local thrift store today. But a voice in my head hollered at me to go. SO glad I did!
For $8.00 I got a camera backpack, travel tripod & collapsible light diffuser!!! All in perfect condition! Just need to wash mud off pack.

I only meant to adopt the little black kitty. Then I met blue eyes. I didn't have the heart to separate bonded siblings. NO regrets! They are a sweet & cuddly pair. Name suggestions are welcome as I can't decide.

I was given a roast yesterday. Crock pot Beef Dip is on the menu for next few days. I love my friend's generosity with meat being SO expensive where I live. ❤️

Today I made some Guyanese beef patties. Mom doesn't have a patty pan anymore so I used the most shallow muffin tin I could find. They are delicious! 🤤 I must make more before I fly home next month.
