okay but the vast majority of those are not cases of people pretending to be disabled to get an accommodation, that’s just people being assholes and parking illegally.

i don’t think able bodied people going out of their way to fraudulently get a disabled parking pass is a significant problem.

yeah exactly, the alternative to early medical transition is not “social transition” it’s post puberty medical transition which will be far more difficult, more expensive, and less effective.

every medical treatment has risks and benefits but the harm caused by going through the wrong puberty is enormous and social transition does nothing to prevent it.

using these tools directly deprives real artists of the work they rely on to make a living and indirectly serves to enrich those despicable people by further inflating an economic bubble so large it is bound to take down the rest of the economy with it when it finally bursts.

implementing a model is not the same as creating one. the people pouring billions into the creation of these models are not artists, they are some of the most despicable human beings alive who are intentionally trying to use this technology to drive actual artists out of business

it is a very computationally expensive process that is only economically viable due to the billions in venture capital funds poured into startups that run at a loss for the express purpose of driving the artists who’s work was stolen to create the model out of a job.

the problem with ai “art” isn’t that it uses a machine, it is the nature of the machine they use.
November 13, 2025 at 5:15 PM
the people building those models aren’t artists, they’re techies working for some of the most despicable oligarchs our society has to offer and those oligarchs tend to have an active vendetta against genuine meaningful artistic expression
