Oof, what’s your biggest concern?

Like I said I’m still in the super early stages of this (second semester of grad school) but I’m writing down every interesting idea and working on reading as much new research as I can in this space

Idk exactly what I want to study yet but I know i want to do work like this. To dig into transportation/climate/equity spatial analysis with the goal of materially improving the lives and experiences of commuters and communities

Cities feel alive when streets belong to people, not cars. Clean air, lively spaces, and real community vibes are the way forward.

Might even make a new account and only follow French language posters!

Could be a good way to learn less formal language

I guess my goal would be to get to a conversational level, over time of course

But I’m gonna vet pulling out the old books, brushing up on vocab and grammar, then trying to read a couple books, and find a group or something to practice with

The next chapter is on transportation and starts with the funding of LA Metro and I’m only 10 pages away!! Gonna read it tomorrow
