Jan/Feb 2017 I think - "Form Follows Function". A structured, comprehensive guide to doing mergers and other takeovers for housing associations without ignoring residents. Promptly ignored in almost all mergers since, where 'not going bankrupt' has sometimes been the overriding ethos.

Finally shamed into clearing off some of my mess/essential documents on the Chaise Longue of Doom. I have reached the strata where I was, relatively speaking, out and about doing housing stuff. October 2017, Ministerial Roadshow, York. I have kept the Post-It notes because they got me in trouble.
