Interesting! I find the new calendar an improvement. The new scheduling feature saves me a bunch of time. It took a bit of breaking muscle memory and moving tasks to Microsoft To Do. I think in next 2 years it will be the default Outlook (I don’t have any insights.. just that I can’t see 2 Outlooks)

What’s hideous about it? I’ve been using it as my Outlook client for 2+ years. A lot cleaner than the older Outlook and also means you can switch to web at any time…

In the new Outlook you can snooze emails, and if you flag them they show up in a special Email category in Microsoft To Do. Took me a while to get used to the second workflow, but these are both handy for busy inboxes… life as a PM is always fun 😂 @jenmsft.bsky.social
