Correct national security decision now is to remove all ethanol from petrol - at least while we still (just) have a refining industry.

It’s actually in East Yorkshire - East Hull. Since E5/E10 was introduced, refineries no longer make petrol suitable to go straight into your car - so petrol we consume in future will be dependent on imported ethanol. It also makes us more dependent on imported soy to replace the animal food it makes
