I really don't get it. Sure, making something awesome specifically for Veggie-ppl can be more work. But just not putting something on shouldn't be too much to ask

Can totally relate. Never been much of a runner, but got up to ~12km last year. After being sick (Covid) I had troubles getting back to just 3km.
That being sad: will go for a run in the next 20 mins or so 🏃‍➡️
