Despairing socialist
While I don't claim to know the individual beliefs of all the founders of Your Party, to state that Sultana is anything other than an ally of the trans community is evidently ridiculous.

Attack them by all means on what you know to be true.

That they appear super altruistic (I'm not knocking them) shows how far we've fallen.

Imagine his legacy if he'd just retired from public life after Father Ted?
November 14, 2025 at 2:57 PM
What did people expect? Starmer masqueraded a socialist to con the membership of the LP, with the sole purpose of destroying the left.

A moral and intellectual vacuum, and those are his best qualities.

Or the rich could just be taxed appropriately. Fuck philanthropists.
November 13, 2025 at 5:55 PM
Asking someone their opinion of Streeting is actually a great way of measuring whether they're worth spending time with.
November 13, 2025 at 10:32 AM
For someone who was apparently obsessed with achieving power, using every Machiavellian tactic available to him, it is objectively funny that Starmer lacks any of the political skill required to retain it. Utterly hopeless.
November 12, 2025 at 7:36 PM
Starmer supporters certainly are a sensitive lot.
November 9, 2025 at 9:15 AM
You make a lot of assumptions, none of which are correct.
November 9, 2025 at 9:07 AM
So you're happy to persist with an undemocratic electoral system as long as it disenfranchises voters who disagree with you.
A Labour Party supporter by any chance?
November 9, 2025 at 8:37 AM
On that you are absolutely correct. Labour had at that point morphed from a social democratic party in 1997 into a neoliberal party, evidenced by their response in 2008.
November 4, 2025 at 6:56 PM
That's not true, sorry. There's footage of Gordon Brown telling Clegg on the phone that he was not prepared to negotiate with him any longer and that he was off to see the Queen to formally resign.
November 4, 2025 at 6:44 PM
You have a choice at the next election, those who tax the rich or those that don't. Your choice, your conscience.
October 25, 2025 at 3:50 PM
Streeting really would signal the end of Labour. His behaviour towards Abbott and Corbyn suggests a tendency towards cruelty.

How is a wealth tax and increasing capital gains tax, screwing over the average worker?
October 25, 2025 at 10:41 AM
Polanski also wants to introduce a wealth tax and increase capital gains tax. If you want a civil society you have to pay for it.
Take health care for example. US costs are x2 UK costs per person with no guarantee of treatment.

Sultana was told (publicly) that she would have the whip removed if she voted on the amendment to scrap the two child benefit cap, which she did. She then accused the govt of being complicit in genocide. Then she resigned.
That changes everything you said.
October 21, 2025 at 6:28 PM
She was kicked out for voting against austerity. Keep up.
October 21, 2025 at 6:02 PM
You mean far left policies like the wealth tax collected by those crazy commies in Switzerland?
The Labour Party would now be be considered to the right of most centre-right parties in Europe.
October 19, 2025 at 6:49 PM
Vote where your conscience leads you, it's all any of us can do in the current climate. I've so many friends who held their nose and voted Labour in the last election, and now deeply regret it. Labour left you, not the other way round.
October 14, 2025 at 6:35 PM
Given the stats referenced come directly from gov.uk it seems your tin foil hat is pretty snug.
Your logic suggests that the government releases made up statistics in the hope that others can use them for propaganda purposes. Impressive stuff, well done you.
October 4, 2025 at 10:13 AM
Probably a bit shitter
October 2, 2025 at 6:36 AM
And what a formidable outfit you must have been (numbers being your kryptonite I would imagine). Anyway, here's the evidence; the US is the line at the top.

G7: murder rate by country | Statista
The United States had, by far, the highest homicide rate of the G7 countries between 2000 and 2023.
