I think draws should be worth 1 point and wins 5, draws are part of cEDH.
BUT if you really wanna nuke draws there are easy solutions: disincentivize IDs with pod composition and make showing your cards to others illegal. That way they cant „show“ there counterspell w/o putting it on the stack.
