Hi Mat, in all of Mr Steiner’s time in World Rally, Jaguar F1, Red Bull, Opel DTM, NASCAR - he comes across as someone who has continually managed to fail upwards. I have no sense of what he does, or why someone would want to work for him. If you find out, can you let the rest of us know?
