Red is Cayenne bulked up with Piri Piri and San Marzano tomatoes. I added back brine, cider vinegar, and spice and heated to pasturise. I prefer it without tomatoes tbh. The mango is my favourite but it's thicker and has a real kick! The pickle juice is just sugar, white vinegar, water and garlic. 😋
