From the graphs, it also looks like in case ppl don't drop off after the first years, they stay with Elixir for years.

So today is my last day at #Amazon as a Design Technologist after two and a half years. Is the #RTO the reason I quit? Yes and no, but it's a long story; I will summarize it in my following posts. Before going further, remember that Amazon is a big company.
