Grandad who fought to keep the fascists from invading, would have been extremely pissed, that he would now be labelled a terrorist.

No one can deny Trump does a lot of travelling, long diatribes, long tweets, probably detailed scheming, planning new buildings - see photo. But positive outcomes - zero.

I will send them a #Brexit mug, it doesn’t hold water, much like Brexit arguments.

People from Burntwood have two pedestrian bridges to get to Chasewater. From Chasewater they take the Angelsea canal until they get to the old South Staffs railway line. South west Thames gets them on the McClean way to Brownhills and Walsall. North East takes them to Lichfield.

This map show the areas that will likely be underwater by 2100 due to rising seas. Many towns will disappear under the waves, so sad.

Red areas on this map of London are at risk from rising sea by 2050 or before.
So if you are just fixing to buy a property with a 25 year mortgage in these areas, you just might have problems selling.

If you want to see the results of having an absolute monarch, then just take a look at North Korea.

Time to over winter my fuscias and the begonias I think. The fuscis at the front is from ’24. I cut it back by half and kept it sheltered and then only watered it once a month. Then repotted it in the spring. Going to miss them :-(

Anti-Fascist of yesterday year.
We will fight them on the beaches, we will fight them in the fields, we will never surrender.
His grandchildren -
We will vote them in.

We have a gaming table - ( any lurkers coming in on this - no we don’t run a casino) - then the whole game gets hidden when the removable leaves are replaced.
We have a game notes book, for remembering events and what games we did when.
A set of organisers for the 2D monsters, another for 3D
October 9, 2025 at 7:05 AM
We have 3D printed Fire Demons
Not sure what monster you have there, but difficult to see how you could print that as it is without it being very delicate.
October 7, 2025 at 2:55 PM
Brilliant - the more you organize the more smoothly the game goes. We also use bases for the monsters that show the health and hold the conditions like wound, poison muddle etc.

Storm Amy was predicted by weather models to form ahead of Hurricane Humberto, then race across the Atlantic to hit northern England / Scotland. I was sceptical that the path of a storm that hadn’t even formed could be predicted. But a look at the wind map just now shows what I think is Amy, circled

A reminder of the losses at the beginning of the year.
Surprising is the loss of over 11,000 artillery in just 9 months.

Theresa May, always the opportunist, and not one to get hung up about changing sides quickly when it suited personal ambitions.

Many of his mates died to keep the fascist from invading.
Later his grandkids voted them in and he was labelled a terrorist.

Yes wet and windy for most of the UK on 14/09/25, but next Saturday (20/09/25) is looking like a very nice day, with temperatures up to 27C in parts of Kent.
This from todays GFS model on WXCharts, showing 2m max temperature at 18:00 hrs.

Perhaps it is time to rename Quality street as individual sweets are shrinking and the tins have gotten smaller.
I was thinking Average Alley or Fixer Upper Way, … anyone?

The summer of ‘25 was the hottest in the UK
The five hottest since 1884 are;
2025: 16.10°C
2018: 15.76°C
2006: 15.75°C
2003: 15.74°C
2022: 15.71°C
‘25 was also one of the driest, with some areas getting only 30% of their average rainfall.

Remembering my first day of term in my new scondary school 60 years ago.
1965 Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School.
It was quite an experience, me in my new school uniform with all my kit, pens pencils etc. Not knowing where I should be next and then how to get there. 🤷‍♂️
