Fascinating session with colleagues today, mapping out a blueprint for our #socialprescribing service for people with persistent physical symptoms (eg chronic pain). A strong theme of listening and validating emerging with this client group.

First sighting of crocuses on my walk this morning. Spring is just around the corner…

Highlight of the last week: playing bass guitar with my daughter’s school band, at The Glasshouse. The event was a Chinese New Year Gala, and the children sang partly in Mandarin…v impressive! Getting to perform on the Sage 1 stage was a definite bucket list ☑️
