For those organisations that truly value their people, this should extend to encouraging and aiding those people to consider resilience from an individual and family standpoint. Think of it as embedding into Life As Usual (LAU) as an extension to BAU.

Whether the risk is geopolitical, environmental, or technological, those risks are increasing and there is a negative adjustment on what constitutes a reasonable worst case scenario.
