Top ones are 3.5GHz massive MIMO radios (64 radios & 64 antennas in one box).
Other panels are probably doing 700, 800, 1800 & 2100MHz bands (looks like a Three pole) with multiple coax feeders per band

www.voneus.com/blog/walney-... ours is one of them, had it for just over 3 months with a 500/500 connection. There are a few masts with what look like 80GHz links (10Gigabit?) over to the mainland and between masts. Also some V2000/V3000s for longer distances.
Some parts of the island have FTTP.
