When I dip you dip we dip

Finally took the time to make Daniel Gritzer's red wine braised short ribs! Used a pressure cooker to save time but this was still a 3+ hour recipe. Definitely highly recommend though! 🍽 served with smashed potatoes and maple syrup sous vide carrots

I am going for the no-prune look this year with my tomatoes and I'm not sure it was a good idea

Beef osso buco! Served with yellow grits from Marsh Hen Mill in SC and a gremolata using cilantro instead of parsley because I managed to eat all of my parsley without noticing. 🍽

Tuna bowl! Soba noodles underneath, with some Sichuan-style smashed cucumber, red cabbage and chili slaw, microgreens, and cilantro. Tuna is coated in furikake and quick seared. I also added some sliced radishes after the photo 🍽

Shrimp and pork stew! Bacon, sausage, and ham hock stewed with holy trinity, tomatoes, Thai bird chilis, and chicken stock; add shrimp and serve over rice.
