I had forgotten how much I hate the vaccines discomfort in my arm and today is just my body feeling awful, bruised rib, vaccine in both arms(flu and Covid) and also a blood test

It was 9 years ago that I got the phone call that I knew was coming. I had been at the hospital earlier that day, that was the last time I saw him. I returned to London. Made dinner. And then my brother called. We all knew that the news was coming, but it still hurt. RIP my wonderful father

Spoke to the people Next to me on the plane, Never flown on the size Aircraft for City and were very surprised at our descent. It is sometimes quite quick, but they were very surprised

I feel Like I should be handling yesterday better, but that Woman has really knocked me. To have the Freedom to default straight to the language she did is scary, I Chose to make Berlin my Home and people in my area have always made me question my Place, but this was something Else
