Yeah I was thinking maybe taking the log? I guess at that point you're maybe doing something similar to the fraction of prime factors shared, though that one is not weighed by the size of the prime.

What if you color by number of prime factors shared with n? Maybe divided by total number of prime factors of n? Or maybe just gcd/n?
I guess the two latter ones would give every line outwards the same color, maybe that's not that interesting.
