Reminds me of this one I saw casually parked outside an Italian hotel a few years ago, when I went to the Vernasca Silver Flag! Such a cool looking beast!

Golf VR6 rotting away in a Herefordshire field made me sad today.
Loved these things when I was growing up, and this one looked surprisingly solid, given the grass growing around it.

Drove this lot today at the amazing Castle Combe, courtesy of Mrs S. Deliberately chose cars with different engines and layouts, but I was amazed by how different each one felt.

Oh, and amongst the well used defenders and pickups, was this. Must be a tourist, but I bet s/he had a great time on their way down here.

You'll have to take my word for it (or not, it's up to you really), but this small black shape is a seal diving next to the rocks, looking for its breakfast, as I walked on top of them. The water was so still that I could follow him by the bubbles.

You'll have to take my word for it (or not, it's up to you really), but this small black shape is a seal diving next to the rocks, looking for its breakfast, as I walked on top of them. The water was so still that I could follow him by the bubbles.
