Aji peppers have my soul! I keep looking for them fresh but no where near me sells them fresh. Just injars or as a paste which is still nice o just like fresh because you get full control of heat and flavor

My mom in low uses vegetable oil in her tamales so I used that 😉 I used smart balance not that it probably makes any difference. Although .. I would like to make them with olive oil and see how it turns out. I use olive oil in my salads and love the taste
