Right I thought about that too which is why I called the main number. I saw on X WF reps interacting with people like they don’t know it’s a widespread problem. Also my husband drove by a branch and saw the parking lot completely full lol

Same! Haha. I think it’s the idea of a single thought or feeling being stretched out in to a full song. So generally less plot to fit in, and more emotional.
