I say Dimir. I'd love to see something with putting counters on opponents' creatures and then allowing Pennywise to copy those creatures. If he was a rare/mythic, maybe make the creatures' controller lose life for each counter on those creatures? Fear of Sleep Paralysis would be a bestie.

Some more impactful changes I would add are Aether Revolt for some energy to use and snipe creatures that are of the field, Izzet Generatorium for card draw and energy ramp, Shimmer Dragon is meaty and more card draw, and of course Inspiring Statuary to coupon non-artifact spells easier.

Pia Nalaar specifically wants artifact creatures, so these cards can help reach that goal. There's not much that helps generate tons of energy outside of a few creatures so we need as much help as possible to get as much energy as we can so we can make big flying artifact creatures from Pia Nalaar.
December 3, 2025 at 6:26 PM
Pia Nalaar has this front of being more combat focused, yet is more restricted to gaining energy by artifact creatures. Which works with Saheeli, but as her own commander requires a little more work. These creatures that come in the pre-con are good for Pia Nalaar, but none are artifact creatures.

Same more suggestions would be to double up Saheeli triggers, get more value out of artifacts going to the grave AND when they enter. Saheeli really can take a lot of directions and I have seen a friend play her but have yet to see her pop off. I would hope these cards and previous ones could help.

This is like the second time a pre-con I've seen so far has had 2 enchantments?? 😮‍💨 Anyway, Aurora Shifter is a great way to have Saheeli get three copies of another creature/permanent, Heaped Harvest can ramp, Seal of Primordium is great repeatable removal, and Demolition Field is removal and ramp!
December 2, 2025 at 12:25 PM
Saheeli brings a very flexible and fun ability to energy is creating a 5/5 hitter that becomes a copy of another permanent. Creatures, Artifacts, Enchantments, Lands! This is very enticing, these cards in the deck seem very fun to copy and get more value from. And only for 3 energy?? Slay.

I do think Energy itself is an interesting mechanic! Some of the strongest cards I've gotten to play with are from my Rex, Cyber Hound deck using energy. Temur is a great color combo to me, and both these are great commanders but Saheeli is more open-ended with Pia Nalaar have a more niche plan.

Last thing I'll add is some protection because Clever Concealment is NOT enough to save us from the several mass destruction spells we have. Other than that, the commanders are in sync, more than half the creatures work, and most other spells are good!

The precon has a few cards that while are strong in their own right, they slow the deck down. I would have like to see more spells that take advantage of Tifa's extra combats effect. As having more redundant effects could bring the precon closer to it's aggro goal. We largely need more enchantments.
November 29, 2025 at 5:15 AM
Tifa thankfully works right with Cloud, having conditions that care about the power of 7 for your creatures. Having access to creatures that grow and rewards for Tifa's multiple combats. Cloud's job is get the battlefield set up for Tifa to end everything, and she doesn't even have to attack! 😲
November 29, 2025 at 4:28 AM
Also while some of the equipments are cool, we need more! More Swords! More interactions! More than 2 enchantments! 😭
Cloud is wanting not to be a Voltron 100% but he needs more to help him manage to be a threat with his other cards. Plus more card draw and treasures never hurt.

What nerfs this deck from being higher on my list is the abundance of memorabilia that's in the deck with creatures that drains this deck's ability to have good mana base/ramp and solid enchantments ( no mana rocks besides Sol/Signet & 2 Enchantments). These cards would be great inclusions:
November 29, 2025 at 1:57 AM
Cloud is definitely an aggro equipment/power matters deck with these cards in the deck highlighting how to power you up through card advantage and getting that 7 power mark with extra benefits. For an aggro deck there's a lot of good support in this deck!

I never bought any of the Final Fantasy precons, but the set was cracked with how strong and beautifully designed. Both Cloud and Tifa are absolutely busted. And are synergistic!

Just reminds me of my first Simic commander. 😞

If he literally only triggered once per turn I wonder if they would have not banned him.

Elsha has evolved to my strongest aggro deck. Jeskai some of my favorite cards working really well together for what I want my board to do. Elsha with Monk-link for a Monk tribal that has little buffing sources needs is so nice. And I personally find it easy to track Prowess. Sorry The Command Zone.
November 27, 2025 at 1:43 AM
Elsha has collected cards that reliably let her smash through her opps bit by bit before completely ending the game with 2 or 3 spells and 10 now 4/4 monks. Or just incredibly buff Elsha exponentially. Elsha wants to end the game before her opps get strong enough to remove/wall her out of combat.
November 26, 2025 at 11:44 PM
Now Elsha, my diva. My prized Karate Kid. I have HEAVILY modified the deck to support and rise her up. Great staples found in the deck are helpful for Elsha a bit more than Narset, imo. Elsha is truer to spellslinger decks than the 1-2 combos with Narset. But Elsha can also Round House Kick you.
November 26, 2025 at 11:22 PM
Lastly for Miss Narset, she'll want better creatures for more versatility. The deck is too lopsided trying to support two powerhouses. At least half of the creatures in the deck don't help Narset. These creatures are examples of things that better serve Narset's playstyle, and they're pretty cheap.
November 26, 2025 at 11:06 PM
The deck leans towards Instants/Soceries, but I suggest trying more enchantments. Narset doesn't really care about what type of spell she copies so long as it has legal targets. Auras that incentives opponents to be targeted or hinder them are great but you could also buff/protect your things!
November 26, 2025 at 10:54 PM
We'll talk about Narset first. Her ability is actually pretty fun, but her deck limits her since half of it tries to work with her and the other half with Elsha. Narset doesn't need tokens to overtake the board. She needs her engines. These three creatures compliment her playstyle.
