Why isn’t the rule you are down at last point pre fumble for cases like this? If it’s out of bounds before goal line, would Likely still have the yardage?

First Ravens game I’m tuning into this year. Excited to watch.

TLDR: A lot of very smart people are trying to do this. However, if anything, Trumpian politics is hindering this goal, even if they claim to be pro-AI.

Outside of imaging, transfer learning (subfield of AI, basically, use a model trained on one task as the foundation for solving a different task) seems to be pretty good for precisely matching cancer drugs to patients, as we have a lot of bulk RNA sequencing datasets (now in jeopardy from NIH cuts)

This is not to say there are not still massive problems in the field! A lot of data sets are still cis-white dudes, meaning that imaging for POC, especially for skin cancers, are worse. See Dr. J. Buolamwini's work "Gender Shades", for instance.

Closer to ATL, there's a lot of phenomenal work done by labs at Emory/GaTech, especially in quantitative imaging analysis (e.g. Madabhushi Lab at Emory). Deep learning in medical imaging is getting pretty good now.

Quite a few companies, universities/etc are. One example is www.biredimaging.com, which uses AI for breast cancer localization and detection. (Note: I have some friends working there, so I may be biased.) Note though that this is not Generative AI, more like ML/PINNs/etc.

For me, it's that I have a warped view of how long it takes me to do things. Then I get stressed about it and put it off more. It's not healthy, and I'm trying to fix it - consistent schedules seem to be helping.

Aren’t learning styles a myth? I heard that there was some pedagogy research on that, but I’m not familiar with recent research.

the browns qb room is now Watson, Pickett, Flacco, Gabriel and Shedeur... chaotic to say the least

They’re probably gonna claim that AI is the only way to solve the teacher shortage and keep on going (unless they have already claimed that)

Any coverage outside of tiktok on the gco stuff or people I should follow? I'm trying to get more info, but I'm not sure where to look.
