So I started working on making slightly moveable wings for my Dragon Dabi Fantasy AU Cosplay.

Materials:

• 12guage wire
• thin stringy wire
• cardboard
• duct tape
• Pliers
• wire cutters
• straws to pull the strings through
• fabric for the covering
• scissors for cutting the straws
