You can but I found the UI to be unintuitive.

It's like they treat feeds like the end user is always a public author or DJ.

The only issue with creating those feeds is I had to use a third party site to set them up. I've found them quite obnoxious to design when all I wanted was to have a place to check up on certain tags.
