From what I've seen around and of my friend playing. Yeah, some jank and bugs that caused soft/hard locks or other gamebreaking stuff removed but otherwise. You can still shoot a rat and watch it fly around at mach 5.

It's still gamebryo. UE5 was only used for the graphics. The game still runs most if not all of it's gameplay and mechanics on the original engine.
