The shapes and simplified markings are lovely! My suggestion is to use that shade of light pink from the neck ruff in at least one other place (like as a blush or wing tips!) to make the design more cohesive.

Yea it still has its original tags! The guy I bought it from also had the Squirtle, but I only grabbed Raichu.
