I don’t know who needs to hear this but
My life got a LOT better when I stopped caring that I’m fat.
Do I want to be healthy? Yes. Do I want to be physically capable? Yes!
But I stopped looking at my body in the mirror and mourning what it isn’t, and instead thanking it for what it can do.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but
