A bit old but so so good. I found an air fryer fried potatoes recipe on Pinterest and tried it while reintroducing olive oil to my diet. These were super amazing. The recipe wasn't too different than my usual one I use. The outside was crunchy while inside was soft! 🍽

On November 22nd, I visited the NC Museum of Art. I went to their special exhibit, Samurai and Venice and the Ottoman Empire. It was really good. Planning another future visit so I can check out their other exhibits!
