honestly a really cute adaption of the nutcracker. just kind of a pleasant time, overall. really enjoyed the animation style - mainframe really were pioneers of their field back in the day

it's like, fine, yeah. they really try their best to make sonon and yuffie's dynamic super likeable in the like. 3 hours of game you have between them, but it really does not land as well as they want it to. also i think that its admirable to -

incredibly good OVA with a lot of hype moments and aura along with tons of really strong character moments. probably one of my favorite ensemble casts in the series

i feel like trying to describe what waiting basically half my entire life for the finale to this story - going from a nebbish 12 year old stumbling on this strange, dark version of a series i'd adored - to a 25 year old man sitting here slack-jawed -

season that's peak but you can also tell that fox was planning on canning this show as soon as possible. thank god we got a final season though cuz i woulda been so pissed if we ended on the cliffhanger they drop in that last episode

honestly a stellar prequel that makes zack one of the most likeable and compelling heroes in the series while also having the Looming Sense of Dread hanging over your shoulders constantly. that final 'activating combat mode' hits like a fucking truck

honestly a really great return to form for the ex-telltale devs
some of the humor was a bit eehh but the characters really sold me on it
gameplay was fine, honestly i just liked being able to see a likeable cast of weirdos do stuff. why couldn't we romance flambae

it's interesting as essentially the 'true ending' of the game, if only because it basically grafts on scenes that add more context
gameplay-wise outside of the very sparse new bosses, it's a retread of the keyblade graveyard. it's Fine
i won't talk about the --

they don't make high fantasy where the most you'd get for an explanation as to what the fuck is happening is a 2 minute monologue at the start that throws a bunch of terms at you and then expects you to keep up
extremely fun! we need to re-kill margaret thatcher

the first half of this season is basically peak tv and the second half is mostly peak with a few missteps here and there.

extremely lopsided season where the first few episodes are peak, the middle is dire, and the ending is fantastic. david shore has some worrying barely hidden fetishes.
also why did house use instant transmission that one episode and then forget about it. is he stupid?

uhhh it's like. fine. it's pretty good, even. but you can very much tell this was made during the filming of a movie and it reeks of 'we're gonna have john cena be a big face that shows up in a later movie' so they sorta put him in time prison at the end of it. lol

kind of a perfect season of TV? they genuinely don't make shows as cool as this anymore and it's deeply frustrating. the last 5 episodes are like repeated kicks to the dick and balls and everything in my life is torture until i get to see season 3
lance reddick is so hot

on the flipside, these kind of fucking own. peanut butter between oreo pucks is unironically great. and you basically get a slab of reese's peanut butter if you're someone who disassembles these things. like a solid B, a very good attempt held back by the marketing gimmick -
