I'm starting off my vacation from work by seeing the Chainsaw Man movie. After that, I'll be working on the Monster Hunter Wilds Festival of Accord: Dreamspell event. I missed the summer festival.

Oh, and I'll be the one playing Laika and Darq for the blog's Twitch channel.

I checked out the first episode of Sanda. The art style being recognizable from Paru Itagaki (Beastars) is pretty obvious. What I wasn't expecting is how bat shit insane the story has been. It starts at 11 and just keeps going. Mysteries and the curse of Santa? What is happening???

Since I'm recovering I decided to catch up on playing Raidou Remastered. I've been working my way through a bunch of side quests to collect Mahjong titles. That included a solo demon battle. Then the option to play Mahjong becomes available. Playing this mini-game actually crashed the game. Amazing.

I keep a pitcher of filtered water (my house was built in the 70s) and it tastes fine. And the area of Philly I'm living in is mostly black and brown. I think if the water so bad it couldn't be filtered in the 6th largest city in the US, it would make news *somewhere*.

Psycho-Pass Providence was a fairly enjoyable movie. Going in blind was an interesting experience, as I knew there was at least one other Psycho-Pass movie. About a third of the way in, I realized this movie takes place between season 2 and 3, and helps explain a lot of what happened to Division 1.
