I love that there's a phoenix framer's kit at all...but why is it blue?

Did this quest come out the same year as the Rising event where they gave you the blue phoenix mount?

Honestly the only one I was thinking of was the first one xD

As much as I don't like him, Zenitsu's moment early into the show where he first loses consciousness and actually fights is awesome.
