They make the floor too tacky. There needs to be a bit more slip to reduce the amount of torque guys can put on their joints and tendons.

Just thinking out loud... If spacetime is expanding faster than light and light cannot escape the event horizon of a black hole then it makes me wonder: if new matter is being constantly added to our "universe" via accretion disk what happens to it? Where does it go? What does it look like?

I'm not a scholar, but I'd like to ask one. I see pictures like this of the CMB and my brain thinks... What would it look like if we WERE in a black hole and there was an accretion disk around it pulling more and more matter inside? Where would it go and what would happen to it?
