But I did manage to scratch out some of my dinos the other day.

Whatever vague theropod the blue girl is, I imagine she's a tiny little thing compared to the likes of an allosaurid and a dilophosaurus.

I couldn’t be happier! 3 laparoscopic incisions to show for it. The only thing left is my ovaries. I don’t get loopy after anesthesia, thank goodness. I can’t stand the thought of not having my full mental faculties.

It's in sight! Hysterectomy is on schedule and by the end of the month I will be without a uterus and I couldn't be more thrilled. I am SO ready.

Not so thrilled about the recovery part as I don't like to ask for help and there's gonna be quite a bit of bed rest needed.

Bird!Kit, sort of? The anthro one is where my patterning attempts went, so anthro you all get to see. Heavily based on gannets and herons shape-wise, but ultimately a made-up bird. 🐦

Xolani, a small warm-dark-grey drake, berating Circe, a taller, teal drake in a medical suite. Circe has freshly-bloodied bandages wrapped around her shoulder, and Xolani is scolding her for the nature of the injury being as serious as it was. Xolani looks aggressive, and Circe looks taken aback and irritated. The wound was a bite from another drake that Circe has partnered with and it got a horrible bacterial infection, and if she'd just cleaned it immediately after or just not allowed the bite to happen during, ahem, activities, she wouldn't now need to be on heavy antibiotics to keep her wound from going septic or necrotic, and she wouldn't need a lecture from her doctor about it!
