Every time I try to look at anything online, it’s overwhelming and nothing is surprising.

Ooof. I have not been keeping up with the latest at all. I had a patient yesterday who was venting about the news. I’m thinking I’ll stay off most of the socials to keep my depression at a manageable level.

I’m trying really hard not to dwell on the idea that it’s going to be so much worse than before. I really don’t want to imagine the worst because I really think I could be worse than that. I’m hoping I’m wrong tho. 😖🙏🏽
