Since I was a young adult, I've learned a good phrase to address the 'brain bad' that comes with it sometimes-- 'Mind over matter works in both ways'. Don't believe the brain being mean, it doesn't determine how you feel, only YOU determine how you feel. But I usually take a day to recenter after.

Yes hi, I'm Ben, I have a wide range of stuff I like to make, from traditional to digital to 3D modeling and sometimes sculpting. Big fan of monsters, knights, and mecha-- and I'll be backloading a lot more art onto here soon, too.
