Birth control should be mandatory for everyone (and provided at no cost). Anyone wanting to have a child needs to complete a comprehensive parenting course before stopping birth control.

I’m in a basement apt in a private home, & landlord is renovating a bathroom above mine. There’s a space between my bathroom & closet walls for plumbing.
Anyone want to guess how many thunk-clang-swears there’ll be as something gets dropped down that space? Hint: it’s >1 so far 😂

Jigg’s dinner. I get that my Nfld outport ancestors had to rely on hardy root veg & salted meat to survive the winters but we’re past that now. No thank you, pot of mushy salty sadness.

My outdoor cleaning does not accumulate emus, what am I doing wrong 🤔
Messages in our staff chat often crack me up (and are often overly weighted with emu shenanigans).
Any sort of outdoor cleaning accumulates emus, who, being agents of chaos, are wildly unhelpful at making anything clean.

Dear Santa, this year I want the packing mojo (or magic suitcase) of the female lead of a Hallmark Christmas movie. Girl rolls into town with one compact suitcase, yet has an outfit & shoes for every possible occasion plus at least five winter coats.

Finally caved and got disn+ (Golden Girls got me) and am now engaged in my favourite streaming service activity: adding so much variety to my watch list that the ‘Because you watched’ algorithm will throw up its hands in frustration 😎
