The Democrats seem to be in reactionary mode to whatever the Republicans are doing. Neither side is tackling this problem in an effective manner.

I don't 100% agree with Biden pardoning his son since ethics are as much how actions are perceived as they are about true motivations. However, the blatant bad behavior labeled acceptable from the MAGA right is beginning to drive a breakdown in morals, ethics, and overall behaviour across the board.
