Shiori reminds me a lot of Chitose from yuru-yuri but more grown up.

Koi yori Aoku is my favorite when it comes to slow-burn romance. Chapters are really taking its time to slowly build a bridge and doesnt give cheap fanservice just to satisfy the reader's desire to fill the gap quickly.
